      • The information entered by the members for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate database (for paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time (see retention and service period) according to internal policy and other related statutes. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any other purpose than to be retained unless the case is governed by law.
